About the roleYou will work according to established models (e.g., PPS) and drive projects from project planning to evaluation. You are responsible for the overall project – budget, time, technology, and safety – and lead a team with both internal resources and consultants. The assignment also includes workplace responsibility (BAS-P) and close dialogue with the technical and procurement organization.

This includes, among other things:

·         Establishing project plans and driving towards project goals according to time, cost, and quality

·         Leading the work of preparing tender documents and procuring contractors

·         Managing resources from technology and support at the customer site

·         Having workplace responsibility (including BAS-P) and receiving delegation in workplace and electrical safety

·         Managing risks, preparing decision materials, and ensuring quality reviews

·         Reporting project status, follow-up, and progress in line with requirements

·         Participating in business development and mentoring junior project managers as needed

 

Your profileTo succeed in this role, we see that you have:

·         Relevant engineering education or equivalent documented experience

·         At least 9 years of experience as a project manager in substation/station projects (minimum 130 kV)

·         Experience leading projects according to AB 04/ABT 06/AMA and experience with contractor procurements

·         Good experience in managing workplace, environmental, safety, and quality issues

·         Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
